I am supposed to be retired but got pulled back into one of our family businesses, of which I really had no experience, to manage and turn around. I have been a family business President for many years, in a different type of business. This business, small, only had one or two computers to manage their work, when I came. I have about 120 employees, about 15 of which are management or supervisors. Many of the 120 are part-time or on call. I have 35 years of using computers and implementing them. Now into my 3rd year of trying to make them work in this business. I really do not have any programming experience. I have used SmartSheet as a glorified spreadsheet for a year and can see the potential for this business.
