I work at Alaska Airlines with our maintenance department, helping all of the different areas use Trax, a database for tracking inventory, planning maintenance, manage engineering documents, and tracking maintenance work.
How I Use Smartsheet
We are starting to ramp up our smartsheet use and are using it now for project management, issue tracking, and approval workflows. HOping to branch out into data shuttle sheets to mix data from multiple sources together to help other teams with onboarding users, and more complicated applications using data from our inventory, planning and engineering databases.
