We use Smartsheet forms to track time and expenses. This morning I have come upon a serious problem for needed updates for one of our clients.

Entering time, employees select from radio buttons, a Phase, Project and Service. We have the following form entries and number of selection options:

Hi,

I am new to Smartsheet and I am trying to create a view for my team where I can see all of the tasks, across multiple sheets (projects), that individual team members are assigned.  In other words I want a view where I can see all assigned tasks, with task names, who the tasks are assigned to,

I was just wondering if there is a way to track the usage of each user on an account.  For example, how often their log on,  how long they are logged on for, any active time in Smart sheets?

These stats will give my manager's insight on how useful the tool/resources is for the office and pinpoint
