Does anyone know if there is a way to add a formula for a report?

 

What I want to do is sum the values of a column for all rows returned for a report and to add some sort of highlight when the sum exceed a certain value.  Specifically, if the amount of hours for a list of tasks for day assigned to

I would like to submit a Smartsheet feature request that will allow users to do a "Multiselect" for a Column type of "Dropdown list".

 

At the moment the only way I can do something similar is to create multiple checkbox columns, which makes the sheet hard to use due to all the extra columns.
