I have been trying to find a work around for an issue I am having on sheet we use. We are currently using a sheet for employees to submit when they check out and check in equipment via a form. We were using the auto created date column to run reports on what equipment were checked out vs.

Is there a way to include the update request on an email alert? 

We currently send our customers a notifications when they submit a request. What we would like to do is give the customer the ability to update the request without giving them access to the sheet. We also do not want to manually

We are currently using a web form for customers to submit a service request. After the form has been submitted a auto-numbering confirmation is generated and the customer is sent a notification with that confirmation number. When we process the request we often need to split the service
