I like to collapse my rows to just see the parent row when the child tasks all reach 100% (I don't want the rows  to to be removed from the report - I know it's an option not to display them when they reach 100%. It seems that, when I collapse them manually, some or all of them are open the next

We keep our customer contacts in SmartSheet now and send some emails to the list via our Outlook accounts. Is there a way to write an email in Outlook (or Word) and merge the email address from Smartsheet without exporting the sheet to Excel? We use Google Docs but not that

I've got 4 rows of data (and there will eventually be more). I'm trying to add up one column (Duration (in quarter hour increments)) IF another column (Program Bug) shows NO check in the checkbox field.

I put this formula together, but clearly I'm doing something wrong:

=if([Program Bug]4:[Program

I think I need an IF formula, but what I'm trying to do isn't working so far - so I reach out to the community!

I want to pull information from sheet A (client name, phone number, e-mails, what they purchased, etc) which is the master list of all the clients and what they purchase, to sheet B (to

All of my tasks are skipping over and not including this date (yesterday) in their calculations. I do not have this set as a holiday in the main settings. Is there a holiday/day off setting for the specific

I have the following formula in a field to calculate a cost:

=IF([Pre-ID]6, 5.18 * [Higher Qnty]6, 4.98 * [Higher Qnty]6)

However, if the result of this calculation is not at least \$300.00 I need the formula to insert \$300 instead of what is actually calculated. How would I modify this formula? Is

I'm trying to calculate a cost based on whether a field is marked (and another field that contains quantity) or not. So, if field A is marked (checkbox), then multiply \$5 x Field B. If field A is not marked, then multiply \$4 x Field B.

Is there a formula for this? Thank you,

I found the formula for date calculation (today's date minus 2 days is =[First Test Date]5 - 2 in my case). But I want to make sure it's calculating only work or week days. Is that possible? Thanks,

I would like to send the resources (and only the assigned resource) an update request each week for their tasks in all the schedules I have in Smartsheet. It's ok if they get one request per schedule.

I understand I can schedule the update requests out in time and have them repeat, but it seems like

I need to merge cells, some within the same row, some within the same column, etc.  I do not see a "merge cells" button, nor can I find the term in the community here.   This is a basic requirement of a sheet, just curious where that button is hidden, and/or if it exists at all?
