For a particular project category, I'm attempting to count how many times the "Project Status" column is either a blank cell or not "green" (aka complete). These projects will be marked as "Active" on my stats sheet.

Hi everyone. Absolute beginner here. I'm tasked to make a few dashboards for other internal company teams on project progress, etc. We want to track how often people visit each dashboard and thought it might be useful to include that as a counter widget on the dashboards.

I need to color a ball yellow if the value in a column is between .05 and .15. If the value in the same column is greater than .15 OR a checkbox is selected, I need the ball to be red. Not sure how to accomplish this. Appreciate your help.
