Per Tech Support suggestion, I am setting about half of the user up on reports. This will allow them to only see their information and hopefully avoid some issues that we have been having.
My question is, when a notification is emailed to a user with a link to the smartsheet.
I just realized that a user removed a row from the smartsheet. So I have 2 questions.
#1 - Can I keep people from being able to remove a row - while still allowing them to edit information? or
#2 Can I set up a notification when a row is removed - so at least I would know when it happened.
I understand that SmartSheet is great for sharing data and allowing multiple people to work in the same sheet at the same time.
How does SmartSheet manage if 2 people are in the same row working?
Is there a way to have rows lock when a user is in the row working?
