How I Use Smartsheet
We use Smartsheet for a variety of things, we use it as an electronic repository of documents, to track account receivables, PTO and vacations records, customer satisfaction surveys, personnel information, job applications, contacts requests, we even use it as a tool to track our customers support requests. The latter is not so efficient and I realize there are some other tools designed with that purpose in mind. We are looking for other options but for the time being Smartsheet supports also that section of our business.
