First Name, Last Name fields for Contacts
I would love to see the Smartsheet Contact function allow for first name and last name boxes, so you can choose to display contacts by either first or last on each sheet.

Can Update Requests have the same functions as a Form?
Update Request changes certain cells in a row, while Forms always add new rows to a sheet. Yet we need the customization options for Update Resuest compared to the Form: making fields required, help text, logic, etc. Hope it's underway soon!

Request Approval from Row
