Would be great if once all parties have approved a proof (using the built in proof approval feature), conditional formatting can be applied to a row. Both of these apps are available in the commercial smartsheet.com version but not in the SmartSheetGov version. Will be very helpful if these are also made available in the GOV version of SmartSheet
Currently external user can become provisional member based on permission granted by the owner of sheet. This access granting should be controlled by System Admin based on an approval process.
