Formats for fields such as Phone Number, Zip, etc. DATA Consistency is a must
Really need the ability to format fields such as phone numbers or have them as an option like the current currency, number, etc. Prefer to give us the option to format, since there are always needs to be able to que manage our data.

Columns for file attachments.
Our organization uses Smartsheets for cross-functional communication, both internally and externally. However, sharing documents alongside this communication can be challenging. It would be helpful if Smartsheets allowed for dedicated columns for file attachments, making them more visible and easier to locate.

Option to copy questions when designing Smartsheet form
Option to copy questions when designing a form would allow to save time when you have to create a more complex form when you need to use several sets of the same questions with some minor changes. It would be great to just copy them than design from the scratch.

Dashboard Utilization Metrics
Ability to monitor what the utilization is of a dashboard. i.e. # of daily, weekly, monthly, and unique users that access a dashboard link. Can help to determine whether or not dashboards are valuable/worth maintaining.
