Currently there isn't a way to color code cards/line items in the SmartSheet app. This would be a huge help for triaging tasks to the correct group as its easier to identify a color than a small text on a handheld device.

When importing an excel file into Smartsheets, allow the comments tab to be added as well.
At the moment in a workflow, the Alter Someone allows it to be sent to every shared with the sheet. It should be possible to choose whether its all, or just admin, editors or viewers.
Current Unmanaged users can see all assignments for the resources they type into the Assigned To column by then viewing the Workload schedule.
