Enhance Auto-Populate Feature for Drop-Down Lists

For long drop-down lists, it is nice to be able to start typing a value in a cell and use the auto-populate feature to reduce the options from which to select. Currently, the auto-populate feature only works if the user starts to enter the value exactly as it appears on the list. Instead, please enhance this feature such that the user can type any text within the value, and it will appear as an option to select.

For example, if the desired value from a DDL of facilities is '118.Example Healthcare of Pleasantville', the only way to auto-populate it currently, is to start typing 118... into the cell. Please enhance the feature so that the user could instead type Pleasantville and the value would also appear as an option to select.
