Smartsheets is currently limited in its hyperlink functionality to URL or link with another smarsheet item. It would be extremely useful & helpful to be able to Hyperlink to local drive. This shall enhance use of product and allow access to project documentation directly from the Dashboard/Sheet.
The Smartsheet integration with Resource Management should provide fully sync of column in Smartsheet task list. Currently only the column "Task, Assigned to, Allocation Hours, Start Date and End Date" are sync to Resource Management. The facility to set reminders/alerts in the iOS App doesn't exist. This is a basic function that should be there to mirror the desktop version.
I'd like to share a timeline view with users who don't have smartsheet accounts. Please let us choose timeline view as the default view for read only published sheets
It would be so helpful to be able to group the Resource Management Analytics (Report)- Utilization View by PROJECT. Project grouping is currently available for the Time & Fees view, but not Utilization. See attached.
SmartSheet should include the function to add an attached image (.jpg) to a cell as an automation, or, allow images to be added directly to a cell via a form. This would be a very useful tool that would replace other services we pay for now with other vendors etc…
Love the community building, better yet when one of us has made a great work product, turn it into a template and share it. Make a community template library! Include owner's contact information should someone have a question. Then when someone takes it and makes it even better, share it again! Hyper-Collaboration!
