Allow Gradient Conditional Formatting like Excel
Would love to have the ability to easily implement conditional formatting using a color gradient like you can do for excel. I know there are workarounds to achieve this, but would be helpful to have the functionality built in.

Template / Themes for Conditional Formatting
I would love to be able to be able to apply a conditional formatting template to any sheet I wished - much like a design theme in Office 365. And - if I change a rule, it would change it for all the sheets using that template. Can you imagine? How wonderful!

Copy row without formatting
It would be very helpful if the automation to copy a row from one sheet to another could be done without the formatting going along for the ride. It's tedious to have to undo formatting from the source sheet in the target every time a row is added.
