Linking Sheets
I am working on a master SmartSheet to roll up other Sheets into one. When changes are made in the linked SmartSheets, this is not reflected in the master. If I add additional rows, my master is not updated What I am missing?

I have seen some of these head-in-the-clouds people at Microsoft do some really stupid "improvements" but this tab thing takes the cake. I am a shareholder in this company and am considering selling due to management's inattention to their business. Good management would never let a thing like this happen.

SUMIF with two Ranges.??
I want to create a cross-sheet formula and have two conditions for the formula to go through to result in a value. If the value in column1 is 1 and column2 is VendorX then sum all values in column3 corresponding to the conditions. I am not sure if the SUMIF will work for this.

Dashboard Color
Any plans in the future for letting us update the dashboard background color to any color we'd like? I'd love to be able to use black for dashboard backgrounds, as well as the backgrounds of the widgets, so that when on TV sets around the office, graphs are floating in black instead of a white background.

Adding virtual sticky notes
I have a sheet detailing meetings with dates, times and locations lined out. What is the easiest way to add a note to the overall sheet that shares info that applies to all events? I want to essentailly add a sticky note to post my list of items to bring to each event. Any ideas how to do something like this?
