We're looking to run an event where people can meet 1:1 with an onsite consultant but want people to book a time. Does SmartSheet allow the creation of a web form where people can select from a time slot and then it no longer become available for anyone else?

Unfortunatly no, this is not possible in Smartsheet forms. The form is not dynamicly linked to the data only to the sheet. It can be used only as a means of addind records into blank new records.
You may be able to publish a read only report of available times along side a form so that they can request a timeslot but it would need to be managed.
any news on this front ?
I'm curious about this too. It would save a lot of headache for me with a big event coming up at work.
