Android app not syncing with web or windows app
The Smartsheet app on my Samsung phone (android) is logging in perfectly and showing all my sheets etc, but when I try and log in to my account on the web or windows app it says I have a trial account and now sheets are showing - what am I doing wrong, is there someway I can get them to sync with my android app??

Remove Zoom Setting Banner
I’d love to see this banner either go away entirely or fade out after it appears. I don’t use 100% zoom unless I’m presenting my screen, so having it pop up every time feels unnecessary. It also gets in the way when I need to copy or paste the page name, and overall it adds visual clutter.

I submitted a ticket with Smartsheet about a license issue on 3/3/26, and still have not gotten a response as of 3/25/26. I have a PAID subscription, and cant seem to get any assistance to fix my issue. Any idea how to get someone to respond to me?
