Creating a sheet for duties ~ limiting the participation.
We are in need of a large number of volunteers to assist at an event. We want them to sign up for specific days/times. Some of the positions need a specific number of people. Can I close the option once that number is reached? Thank you!

Stop expanding rows when un-Filtering a column?
When i filter the column to show only tasks i am assigned to and then unfilter it expands all my rows? Is there any way of stopping this. It is then time consuming to minimalise all our inactive rows. thanks Twaanie

Love the "Freeze" pane option!
We just started using this option, as we have 71 columns in a particular sheet and scrolling back and forth was becoming quite cumbersome and inefficient. Downloading Submitted Forms as PDFs
Can I download a form as a PDF that has been submitted or do I just have to look at the row in smartsheet? It is a very long form, so looking at the responses in the row is not the most user-friendly method.
