About Me	I have been in the Financial and Banking industry since 1998, primarily focused on consumer, commercial, and security-based lending. I have worked for large financial institutions as well as fin-techs and love any role where I can contribute to my highest and best use. I have found that I love roles where my skills and a risk, controls, and operations specialist can shine, which is why I love the use of Smartsheets as this tool has been instrumental in increasing efficiencies in our organization while reducing errors and creating a digital "paper trail" for items coming to our organization.
How I Use Smartsheet	In my short time at my organization (2 years) I have come up to speed on the use of Smartsheets and over the last 5 months have focused on developing (through WorkApps and Dynamic Views) a completely new interface for interacting with our Partners. This new interface will be rolled out over the next few months and will completely change how we work and manage our business.
