creating a form but not appearing in the Preview as a full form
I am a new user to smart sheet and I am working on creating a form.The problem that I am having is that all of the data for the forms are in there place but they are not appearing on forms when I do a preview of the form.

@ mentions not working
I am not receiving @ mention in comments even though my Notifications>Personal Settings are all checked. Other users are receiving them fine. My email appears in the dropdown as sheet collaborator. I am the owner of all the sheets. Anybody have any ideas?

Gmail add on issues (Chrome)
We are heavy users of this feature, and today it is not working. When you select an existing task or try to add a new task from an email, the circle will spin for a few seconds and then stop with no action having taken place. We've rebooted to no avail. Is this a known issue and is there an ETA for a fix?

Excel Live Data Connector - Partial Results Returned
Hi, On Smartsheet the report returns all rows. When I export to excel it returns all rows. When I run the connector in Excel, it excludes some rows. Profiles won't save if your department or position don't gel with some (I'm guessing?) pre-approved (somewhere) responses.
