It would be great if there was a feature for shared users to be able to add comments to smartsheet items like dashboards and reports. Many times, some of our team of 10 collaborate on things, especially dashboards, and it would be good to be able to suggest changes without actually making them.

The Seat Type Report currently displays Owners 'highest permission given on asset' as Admins - it doesn't specify they are an item owner anywhere.
