I'd like to be able to search the Group Management page to find groups that I own. We have a lot of groups and I don't always remember exactly what the name for each one is. Symbol Size
Currently, there is no ability to change any of the symbol size. I have a requirement to use Harvey balls on a dashboard (nothing other option). However, because the size is not customizable Smartsheet is not a good solution for what we need.

Percentage decimal point
Allow the percent to allow you to set the decimal point for the percentage to show up the way you want it to look. instead of 25000% it can read as 25%, if it has a decimal example or 29.61 with out the decimal this filed can automatically adjust to the format you choose.
