Update Template

I would like to see an option to edit/update a template without using the template to create a sheet, editing the sheet, and saving as a new template. The current process creates additional templates that might have to be renamed and then removed. If we could edit the template itself, it would make the process much easier and more efficient.

I think it would be a great idea to have the ability to edit templates that I have personally created. I currently have to delete templates (or do a "save as new") and recreate them if an edit is needed. It would save time and help me to make sure that I create the best templates possible if I could edit my templates instead.

Couldn't agree more. We're working on a new extensive timeline checklist and created a template for it as we're rolling it out but still continue to make edits. I can't count the number of times I had to change the sheet and then save as a new template. Please make this feature available as soon as possible.
