Unable to transfer ownership of specific Smartsheet items
I used to be able to click share for a specific sheet and make someone a owner of a specific document. A few weeks back, the "Make Owner" option stopped showing up. Is there a reason this option was removed and what is the workaround?

Webform miscommunication
I had 3 requests that were sent via Smartsheet webform that never appeared on the corresponding sheet. The requester received 3 confirmation emails, however the requests do not show in the sheet, or on the Activity log. Has anyone dealt with a similar issue??
