Automation 'Send to....'

Hello,

I know I can send to a specific cell reference and I also know I can send to a specific user. But can I send to a specific cell reference on a different sheet?

The reason is I have a sheet that has a number of team members that are required to accomplish tasks, but the PM lives on a "Teams" sheet and I would like to send the PM an email. Or a sponsor, or someone not on the sheet I am building the automation on. Is that possible?

That is not possible in Smartsheet. What you would need to do is use a cross sheet formula such as INDEX/MATCH or INDEX/COLLECT to bring that PM into a contact list column on the sheet. You can hide this column so that it's out of the way.
