Creating an 'overflow' semicircle donut chart

I'm trying to create a semicircle donut chart in the dashboard to show how much the team overspent towards a budget.

For example, the budget is $100 per month but the team spent $150. Is there a way of creating an 'overflow' semicircle donut chart that shows the extra? Instead of showing a full semicircle donut chart for those more than 100%.

Attached is a sample for reference.

The general idea is that we are using a full circle. Since your base amount is half of that circle, the other half will add up to the same amount. This means overage plus white. Since we know that the base amount is (for example) 100, we know that overage plus white must equal 100, so you would do 100 minus overage to get the white.

Note: You will also need to use metrics widgets to display each of the percentages.

You would have a full circle chart and make one section white. To get the white section automated, you would use something along the lines of subtracting the overflow from the cap.

It isn't quite exactly what you have in your screenshot, but this is about the closest we can get in Smartsheet:
