Alert if someone hasn't Posted

Trying to use the Forms to do a Daily Log of what people are working on with in there roles. al the Info just goes to a Big Splash sheet right now. but i am trying to think of a way to get an alert if people are not Filling this out.

is there a way to set a work flow Alert someone if people are not filling this out? if i know what List of Names?

List: Bob, Sarah, Joe, Alex, Jordan

Alex Stops filling it out for 3 days in a row.
(i would like an alert to be sent out that Alex has Missed his daily Log)

To get alerts for missed daily log entries, add a "Last Submitted" date column in your sheet to track each person’s last submission. Set up a workflow that checks daily if "Last Submitted" is over 3 days old for any team member and triggers an alert if so. This way, you'll be notified if someone misses their daily log for three consecutive days.
