How to combine sum if formulas

I've tried adding + & and between the formulas

=SUMIF("D:D", "Spillage",B3:B84)

SUMIFS(B3:B84, A:A,">=1/1/2025", A:A, "<=1/31/2025")

I use the first formula to total B:B based on key words. I would also like to separate totals by month.

It looks like it is the dates. Would need to make your dates as >=Date(YY,MM,DD)

OK - So I have a multi select cell with 4 choices (A B C D). I need to count only the cells that contain only both A & D. I tried countifs using and, contains but cant quite eliminate the counting of other combos for exampe ( A B D). Thanks in advance for any ideas.
