Formulas just won't formula :-(

for context - i would put myself as entry level for formulas in smartsheet. ChatGPT has been very helpful but clearly i'm doing something wrong.

I've set up my managed references so it is pointing to the created date and satisfaction score.

The forumals i'm using are looking at a range of created dates (month of july) and looking across the row to see what the count is. However the data i get back is 0.

Similar for satisfaction. The formula is looking at the row to see if there is a >= 9 and then counting. again i'm getting a 0 in the row where i know it is 1.

Oddly enough i get the results in my sheet i'm working with. however when i try to create a dashboard view the data seems to break. Lost.

Would you be able to share the formula you're using? Also maybe screenshots (redacted of sensitive info) of the sheets so we can visualize what you're trying to do and what's breaking?

In general it sounds like you should be using a COUNTIF or COUNTIFS function for your formula, but hard to help further without some context.
