Cross Reference

I am seeking assistance with a cross-sheet formula. Specifically, I am referencing a sheet titled "Visit Notes" and need to calculate the total occurrences of the phrase "Clinical Trial Took Kit" within a row labeled "Visit Notes | Resources Utilized."

Additionally, I would like this count to be conditional on the corresponding "Visit Note Account" column indicating "Baptist Health Medical Center."

Please note that the "Visit Notes | Resources Utilized" cell functions as a dropdown menu that permits multiple selections per cell.

I would greatly appreciate your guidance or an example of the appropriate formula to accomplish this task.

Howdy Molly, try something like this:

=COUNTIFS({Visit Notes|Resources Utilized}, HAS(@cell , "Clinical Trial Took Kit"), {Visit Note Account}, HAS(@cell , "Baptist Health Medical Center"))

The two sections in {} should be the references to your sheet and double check the the things in parenthesis match what is in your dropdown exactly.
