We're noticing automations not behaving as expected suddenly. For context, our automations have been running smoothly until middle of this week. All of a sudden, our automations set to record a date when an update has been made is no longer working on one sheet but not another sheet.
Additionally, we have a another automation that sends out an update request form for users to submit and it has been working fine until recently where users are submitting their updates through the form and the changes are not reflecting on the sheet its linked to.
Lastly, we have another automation that sends out updates to assigned users every Thursday but this week, it sent out an email twice in the same day with both emails containing different information.
Is there a larger Smartsheet issue here? Automations have been working fine until this week and we're not sure why.
