Columns have reordered

I have a question about Smartsheet. I have columns in my sheet for Monday, Tuesday, etc. Somehow, Monday moved to the end of the sheet. So, now Monday is after Sunday. I looked at the activity log, and it shows that the columns were reordered. How can I get them back to the beginning of the sheet, other than by dragging them one at a time

I had this happen recently. I responded to the email notification that my ticket had been closed without even a response, and someone did respond to let me know it was unintentional. they were able to re-open the original case instead of having to create a new one.

Hello @cswicegood,

I contacted the Support team and they let me know a case number of 08536953 had two emailed responses. Is it possible these responses went to your junk mail? I would recommend signing into the Support Portal to view cases there, as you should see all the responses under the case number.

Please let me know how it goes.

When the AI creates a case, it doesn’t appear on the main home page under “Recently Viewed” but under the next tab, “Open Cases”. In this case I see that you closed it. You might as well check the ¨All Support Cases¨ tab and re-open it if needed.
