Can't Access Group Management

I am on a trial account and want to try out groups but when I go to the group management page it says

"This Page is for System Admins and Group Admins Only"

However I am a system admin, I created the account and I have made sure the "System Admin" box is checked under the user management. I have tried different browsers and nothing seems to work.

You also have to activate the Group Admin on your user.

Hi, the only option I see in that screen in the "Licensed User", which is checked and then under that is "Plan Asset Admin" which is checked. I don't see group admin because I am not a member of a group because I can't access the screen. The system admin is also checked. It was my understanding that the system admin can access everything regardless, the error says

"This Page is for System Admins and Group Admins Only"

So I should not have to tick anything else.

Also something else I noticed, when I shared a workspace with someone else and then pressed "Create as new" and ticked the "Sharing" box in the dialog, it said I didn't have the right permissions to share that even though I am the owner, so this is the second error I have encountered with permissions now.

@nexus I do not believe that group management in available on trial accounts.

If that is the case it should tell me. The trial account lets me add users so it makes sense I could manage groups.

Also my other issue of not allowing me to create a new workspace from an existing one with the sharing box checked is still an issue. It says I don't have the permissions to do it even though im the owner of the workspace.

Lastly an automation I made wasn't working either. I told it to record a date when box is checked and it doesn't work.
