Unable to access Core App Skills Capstone Exercise assets – “unspecified error”

Hello,
I am currently taking the Core App Skills eLearning Capstone. When I tried to start the Capstone Exercise, I was instructed to download the exercise assets from Smartsheet.com. However, when I attempt to access via link, I get the following error message:

"unable to copy the specified sheet(s) due to an unspecified error."

I have already tried:

Logging in with my Smartsheet University account
Clearing cache and cookies

The issue still persists, and unfortunately, the quiz has already started without me being able to complete the exercise.

Has anyone experienced this issue before, or can someone advise me how to resolve it?

@cel100149 The Capstone portion for the Core Learning Path was phased out as of 8/18/25. It is being replaced with the Builder Certificate of Achievement test.
