Automation message receiving problem

Hi there ,

I have a sheet and i created some automations on this page , and i shared this page as a viewer with an user , in one automation there is alert which one sending notifications to users , but for the user that i added as a viewer can not get notifications , system gives an info as below ,and says go to system admin :) ok i am the system admin but i could not find how to fix …Could you give some advices to solve this problem thanks in advamce

@Automatic Mail Has the system admin checked admin center settings? Is the user needing to get notifications part of the companys Smartsheet plan?

Another thing to check is in the sheet level automation controls are blocking it possibly?
