Break Up Multi-Entry Row

I'm using a form entry (into an Intake Sheet) in which someone can select multiple locations for the same Initiative. I'm looking to copy the row to a different Master sheet, but would like to have the same row copied multiple times, once per location selected.

Basically, I don't want someone to have to fill out 10 different Initiative intake entries for the same initiative but in 10 different locations. The Master Sheet needs to have them all be separate rows as the Master tracks things like implementation and initiative status, which may be different per location. Is there any way to achieve this?

@LesGos I am not aware of any automations within the core app that will allow you to do this. I know we can write a piece of API code to do it, but we also have an off the shelf tool that does rather fabulous copy row and move row automations, just tagging my colleague here to see if our off the shelf tool can do this.

@James Harris is this something that Smarter Row Copy can do, or would you need to design an API to do it?
