Smartsheet Mobilizer Kit2/Best Practices

Hi - I am launching Smartsheet sessions at my organization for the next 3 months. The SS Mobilizer Kit2 Workspace I saved a few years back, the files are not loading. Is there a new resource kit?

Also, I am writing up some best practices for our users: Examples:

Names, separate first and last name into two columns.
Email field on the Form, use the email validation
Add an auto number row to utilize for Automations

Has anyone else created a Smartsheet best practice guide with their organization? Looking for ideas…

Are you accessing using the WorkApp? Also, I would ask that question in the Mobilizer group to see if anyone else is having issues.

Can't remember where I got this document, but I give it out to all my new users. It's a great tool.
