Data from a web form stored in an existing row

Hello there!

I have a question I am struggling with.

I have a worflow where the team members create registers of Vendors as a 1st step. Next step, Vendors need to fill-out a non-conflict of interest declaration. I need this incoming data to be stored at the same row created by the team, without the need to combine two table using MATCH or VLOOKUP functions.

Any thoughts?

Hi @joaovanogueira,

The Update Request feature should do what you are looking for. Add an automation that triggers when rows are added that sends update request to the Vendor asking them to complete the non-conflict of interest declaration (not sure what format that it is, just following your reference). Hope this helps!

Hi Adam, thanks a lot for your answer.

I have explored this option, however it didnt convince me, as I need signed form which includes acceptance of data privacy terms (using integration with Docusign); The problem is that the incoming data from the form populates a new row instead of going into the line that triggered the submission of the form…
