RYG in Formula Gives Text as Answer

Hello Gurus!

I have the following formula that seems to be working well, except it is displaying the answer as text instead of the RYG ball:

My column type is set to symbols (specifically the RYG balls).

Any ideas?

The symbol column is case sensitive. Try "Red" instead of "RED".
