Count Multiple Items in the Same Column
I am using the formula below:
and getting #UNPARSEABLE error. I noticed the formula below works if I just use
but I need to account for the third item and I am getting #UNPARSEABLE error. I appreciate any help on this

Assuming your formula is directly copy-pasted, you are missing a close-quote on the third argument in the OR function. This would definitely cause the #UNPARSEABLE error. Resolution should be to simply add your missing quotation mark.

You have 2 issues with your quotes.
Issue 1: You forgot to close your quotes after the third "specific text".
Issue 2: Notice how the opening quote before the third "specific text" is slanted to show "open" whereas the other quotes in your formula are not? Those are called "Smart quotes" and will break your formula every time. Remove that and retype it directly in the sheet.
