Lock Column Location, Not Column Contents

Permission set sorting
Hi Smartsheet, I'm no longer able to sort the current permissions in my sheets. I need to identify the admins and send them an email, but now I'm forced to sift through the entire listing of shared users to identify which users are admins. Please provide sorting in the user permissions!

Allow for access via Shared Link without having to add folks

This seems to be a big issues in the forums, but we really need an automation feature that allows for multiple contacts to be grouped and cc'd on an email to allow for all participants to have visibility to any dialogue that occurs from the information that is being automated.

Reorganizing the order things appear in Workspaces
It would be really helpful if we could reorganize the sheets, reports, and dashboards in Workspace. Currently it is set up alphabetically, which is really messy for my purposes, and I would love to be able to move my guide dashboard to the top, even though its name is not alphabetically first.
