Keyboard Shortcut to Hide Column/Row
Instead of having to right click and navigate the cursor to hide a column/row it would be ideal to have a keyboard shortcut to assist. i.e. right click on a column that is to be hidden and hit the letter H on the keyboard to hide the column. Same concept can be applied to a row.

Requested access to Dashboard: text box to add description
When a User requests access to a Dashboard, can there be a text box where a User can describe why they want access. In a large company, there are many times we don't know the person requesting access thus it takes time to figure out how to justify if this User should be granted the permission.

Synchronise Team Member Availability between Resource Management and Smartsheet
I have team members with part time availability, as specified in their Resource Management profile. Sheet Filters on Reports
Sheet filters are extremely useful ways to view sheet information, it would useful to have the ability to select a sheet filter when developing a report to avoid having to duplicate the filter setup process.
