split a multi-select form response into multiple rows
Apologies if this idea has already been submitted. I've seen several people post this in the discussion forum, but did not notice posted as an idea. It would be amazing, if Smartsheet had a way to split multi-select form responses into multiple rows, without a complicated formula or the need to use a 3rd party.

I love the Table view data links. When you link a column that is all hyperlinks, you lose the hyperlinks.

Remove Zoom Setting Banner
I’d love to see this banner either go away entirely or fade out after it appears. I don’t use 100% zoom unless I’m presenting my screen, so having it pop up every time feels unnecessary. It also gets in the way when I need to copy or paste the page name, and overall it adds visual clutter.

Smart Assist Panel - Make comment box higher
In the Smart Assist panel, can we be able to increase the heigh on the comments /text box. There is not enough room to see everything I want to write even after widening the smart assist panel.

User Management - Custom Job Categories
Allow entry of custom job categories. Add new fields to capture a user's business unit and department. These fields should also be included in all user reports. This functionality would be helpful for businesses that cross charge business units and depts for licenses and usage.
