HR Sharing a sheet
I have a company of about 10 people or so and what I would like to do is create an HR sheet that will have a variety of sensitive information. Is there a way for us to share the sheet and only have 1 person view the sheet with just there personal information? Thank You,

Unlocking dates for smartsheet on ipad & smartphone
I am looking for advice on how to enable the dates to be edited on a smartsheet program when accessed on an ipad and smartphone. I can edit the dates of the program on a laptop, but when on site, I am unable to change the dates on an ipad or smartphone. Is there a setting I need to change to unlock this restriction?

the end date and the gant chart date is not matching
Any body has a problem similar to this: I set the end date at 2018, but the gantt chart showing a 2019 ?

sumifs as Cross-sheet formulas
Has anyone had success using the sumifs function as part of cross-sheet formulas? I have been giving it a whirl and haven't had much luck. I am not sure if it is even possible, and if is then I'm not sure what I'm missing.

When Scanning a Bar Code can it update inventory on the sheet
I wanted to know if there is a way to have inventory get updated either when something is restocked or taken from stock to automatically update the inventory levels when a bar code is scanned or does this need to be done manually? Please assist Thank You

I am trying to finalize a Nested If Then /And Statement. In one of my logical functions, I am trying move to the next condition if a cell has a date input into. NETDAYS is giving wrong result
The NETDAYS between 5-Aug-2018 and 9-Aug-2018 is coming as 36530. I don't know what's happening - can anybody help? =NETDAYS([Last Date Entered]4, Today4) The same formula in another sheet is working absolutely fine.
