the end date and the gant chart date is not matching

Any body has a problem similar to this: I set the end date at 2018, but the gantt chart showing a 2019 ?

I could reproduce this by setting

[Start of Fiscal Year] = March

and

[Primary Heading]

to [Quarters] and [Q2 2018]

My $0.02 - that's a bug.
