Sheet/Report Limitations?
Hi everyone!
I was wondering if this scenario is possible for sheets either using formulas or commands. Example, I have 3 sheets (pipelines) that lead to multiple reports. I have jobs ranging from 0-100 (intervals of 20) percent probability(of selling/sold) in the pipelines. I currently have reports that group the percentages together. All the sold (100%er's) go to one report, the 40-80%er's lead to another and so forth. Reports are nice, but they're static documents, and working in the construction industry, things change frequently. I'm looking for this: when a job (in any of the pipelines) change to say 100%, it will be removed from that sheet, and populated into another sheet. Is this possible? Same goes for the other percentage groups.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Hi again Tye,
You can accomplish this with Zapier or a similar service but depending on your specific use case a possible workaround would be to use filters and maybe move the 100% to another section on the sheet or to another sheet.
Would that work for you?
I hope this helps you!

I would prefer to not use another app, I think filters are probably my best option. What recommendations do you have as far as filters?

Hi again Tye,
I would create filters for the different percentage groups and move the rows to the other sheets when applicable.

Reports may still be your best bet. They are editable, not static. Parts can be locked. Clutter the user does not need can be removed from their view.
