Reminder visibility
When adding a reminder to a row in Smartsheet, is it possible to have the reminder visible only to the person creating/entering the reminder? I'm thinking this is not possible in Smartsheet now - if it is possible, please advise! Does anyone know if there is a plan to have this available in future? Thanks, Olli

Is it possible to add a delay to a task if it doesn't have any predecessors ?
I have few tasks in my sheet, which are not independant of other tasks. The dependencies have been swtiches on in the gantt view. Is it possible to add a delay to these tasks without manually changing the dates ?
