Does anyone use Smartsheet to streamline the Gemba Walk process?
I'm not super familiar with how this works, but it seems like Smartsheet could make it better than using printed out sheets of paper… Has anyone tried this and been successful? I'd love to see/hear about it to see what I can do for my company.
