Today's my first day using Smartsheet; I referenced another sheet for columns that I needed. Now rows that are not found in my specified range are auto populated with "#NO MATCH." I need guidance for making the "no match" blank. I tried an if statement but still having the same issue.

Linking the text in a cell to a document
If I have a PO # that occurs in multiple cells. Is there a way to link the PO# text to the actual document? I don't want to link the cell to another sheet. I want to link the PO# text to the actual PO document. So a team member can simply click on the link to view the PO.

Where do you record action items in the meeting template set?
We have been using another procedure in the past for our meetings whereby the agenda is at the top and as each topic is discussed, action items and the person assigned to them is on a separate section below. I seem to missing a similar provision with this template set or am I missing something?
