Allow List View of Reports in WorkApps when viewed on Mobile
Issue: When adding a Report to a WorkApp, it defaults to "Grid View" and cannot be changed to "List View" when viewed on Mobile. Makes the WorkApp feature utterly useless on Mobile due to not having Reports viewable in a Mobile friendly way.
